If you would like to pay by provider the cost is $36 per provider. Please email us at info@movemedbymrr.com to set up!

PLEASE NOTE: Hospitals and doctor's offices are allowed by law to require prepayments before releasing your medical records. The above quoted prices do not reflect these additional charges from your medical providers. Those provider costs are in addition to the above quoted prices. You will be invoiced separately for those medical provider prepayments/invoices.
