Claudia had called the realtor, called the moving company, called the kids' school... All of the things that add up on the never-ending to-do list when you are moving your family. One thing that kept getting pushed to the bottom of the list was getting the kids' medical and dental records, as well as her and her husbands medical records. She had been through this before over 15 times. Being a college basketball coaches wife means lots of moves, some of them within the state and some of them cross country. One thing that was consistent was the back and forth with doctor's offices trying to get their records sent to the new pediatrician's office. Or fighting with her husband's general practitioner's office to get them to release the records to her. "They're on your portal" they say... But where in the world is that login info again?

That's when MoveMed was born. Claudia and her father, Dr. John Hugill, already had the record retrieving process down. They created Medical Records Retrieval in the early 2000s, a thriving business geared towards helping aid lawyers with their litigation support. Now they thought, "Why not bring this process to the consumer?"
